At PawTechShop, we want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at Contact Us with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
- If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging may not be eligible for a return.
