Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Times We ship to the UK and internationally. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Please note these are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Any applicable costs will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
Customs & Import Duties For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may be applied by your local authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@pawtechshop.co.uk and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
