We currently deliver to the United Kingdom only.

Processing and delivery

Processing and delivery times vary by product and supplier. Delivery information is provided for the selected product before you place your order. Please contact us before ordering if anything is unclear.

Delivery estimates do not affect your statutory rights. Unless we agree a different delivery period with you, we will deliver without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract being formed.

Shipping costs

Available delivery charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide tracking information when it is available from the supplier or carrier.

For delivery updates, delayed or missing parcels, email hello@pawtechshop.co.uk with your order number. We will investigate with the supplier or carrier and explain the next steps.

Some products are dispatched directly by our suppliers. PawTechShop remains responsible for fulfilling your order and handling delivery problems. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
